The challenge

Local lead generation is a messy pipeline — scattered lists, duplicates, manual qualification, and disconnected outreach.

It needed to be one workspace-scoped system from upload all the way to close.

The approach

  1. 01

    Built the full path: import → normalize → dedupe → score → qualify → generate demo → outreach → follow-up → close.

  2. 02

    Implemented workspace-scoped multi-tenancy with server-side safety so stale workspace IDs never corrupt data.

  3. 03

    Added optional AI (CSV parsing, qualification, outreach drafting) and CSV/XLSX/PDF exports on a Prisma + server-actions architecture.
